Brief introduction:

It is added to the UNESCO List for its well-preserved Medieval, Renaissance and Baroque architecture.  The Český Krumlov Castle, built in the 13th century, is the second largest castle complex in Czech Republic after Prague castle.  Vltava River snakes through the town, making the inner historical center an island unto itself.
